They unloaded boxes from my pod into their car as I was disabled in the apartment. No legal recourse. Beware, they'll take your family treasures if your boxes are labeled obviously important.

Photos of boxes in the pod butt boxes never put in my apartment. Refuse to put 0 balance due after paying cash until I insisted and made them initial beware. They will rip you off and take advantage of seniors.

They showed up on time, had little bit of trouble about parking for U-haul but still managed to find a solution. Everything was already packed mainly, they loaded truck real quick. Delivery location was smaller and my fiancee was worried about furniture placement, but they gave us lot of suggestions and everything went well at the end of the day. Thank you Ika and George, I will use them again, especially this crew.

My wife and I got recently married and were consolidating to a single home from two different locations. We used Zip to Zip to support us on the move. They were extremely thorough, fast, and careful (which is key!) with our items. They handled our fragile and sensitive items with extreme care. They also did a bunch of disassembly and assembly support as well for some very important items. Would 1000% recommend!

Anthony and his crew were outstanding. Everything went nice and fast. They looked after my furniture like their own but the only thing I didn’t like was the price of the packing materials. Even though the foreman explained it to me and showed me the paperwork sent by the company to my husband’s e-mail account, I would have preferred for the sales team to warn us about it on the phone.
